R.P. Raju, M.D. is a U.S. trained Oncologist with over 30 years of practice, 20 of them in USA. He was both Founder and Administrator of several cancer treatment facilities and diagnostic centers in USA. He was also the Founder-Director of two pharmaceutical companies in USA and played a key role in the development of Indo-American Cancer Institute & Research Center, Hyderabad, India and Alluri Sitarama Raju Academy of Medical Sciences (ASRAM), Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a co-founder of Care Hospital, Hyderabad, India where he served as Executive Director & Director (Finance) for 10 years.

Ram Gadam, M.D. is a doctor with 30 years of practice in USA with a Fellowship from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He is currently associated with the Department of Radiology at the St. Mary's of Michigan, Standish, Covenant Healthcare, Saginaw, West Branch Regional Medical Center.

Sethu Nambiar, CEO, brings to his role a rich blend of 33 years cumulative experience in the 'Brick& Mortar' and 'Knowledge' economies. He has built factories from green fields up, headed factory operations, and led consulting assignments in business process re-engineering and end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, globally. The people he has led and mentored range from shop floor workers to knowledge workers, technology specialists and M.B.A graduates.

While engaged in the IT sector, Sethu held senior management roles that included three years as Vice-President, Corporate Strategy & Alliances, at Satyam Computer Services, creating policies and frameworks for global delivery of services rendered by the Company, four years as Vice-President & Managing Consultant, building Practices around new services delivered remotely, and three years as Principal Consultant at Satyam Renaissance Consulting, building a consulting Practice and leading the delivery of consulting projects. He has deep functional domain expertise gained from close to 20 years' hands-on experience across a wide range of functions in the Brick & Mortar business, including four years as Head of factory operations, 3 years delivering a green fields Project, and 4 years as Regional Head, Sales and Marketing.

Sethu has managed Strategic Alliances and engaged Clients in several countries, including the U.S.Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Singapore and India, and serving several industries: Paper, Textiles,Automotive components, Telecommunications and Food Processing.

Sethu is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras (now Chennai), India and Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, India; he holds a Masters degree in Business Management (specialization in Marketing and Finance) and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Srirama Raja, CTO has 20 years of experience in Technology, Systems and Software. He was the Chief Architect and Head of R&D in US Silicon Valley Companies like Certus, Primavera, Orbit Semiconductor, Rightworks, Exar. He has a degree in M.S. Computer Engineering, Syracuse University, NY, USA.

Sriram has worked with a number of technologies and software. His experience includes designing products and solution that are used by large number of users. The products he has designed have been used by companies such as EDS ( Evolve-Primavera ) and Zurich Financials (Certus) for global deployment.

He has built and managed Engineering teams that span across geographical locations for Primavera and Certus.
